Keith Moss, a South African-born composer and pianist, completed advanced studies in composition at Rhodes University and earned his doctorate at the University of Pretoria. He has won prestigious awards, including the SAMRO Overseas Scholarship and the Stefans Grové National Competition, and his works have been performed internationally, from Brazil to Italy. Notable achievements include being composer-in-residence for the Johannesburg International Mozart Festival and premiering significant compositions like The Eventide with the Wairua Sinfonietta. Currently based in Wellington, New Zealand, he is the Scheduling Executive of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and teaches the Alexander Technique.
